NotBe Method (ComparableTypeAssertions<T,TAssertions>)

Asserts that an object does not equal another object using its System.Object.Equals(System.Object) method.
Verification whether CompareTo returns non-zero is not done here, you should use NotBeRankedEquallyTo to verify this.

Syntax

   T unexpected,

   params object[] becauseArgs
)

unexpected: The unexpected value
because: A formatted phrase as is supported by System.String.Format(System.String,System.Object[]) explaining why the assertion is needed. If the phrase does not start with the word because, it is prepended automatically.
becauseArgs: Zero or more objects to format using the placeholders in because.
